This is a free and easy-to-use app that plays a 1211-style Hammered Dulcimer.
It is inspired by the actual instrument, which has 12 bridges on the left side and 11 bridges on the right side. The left side of the left bridge is 5 scale tones above the right (a fifth).
The app uses your fingers to play the instrument.
It can be played as a solo instrument or with other instruments.
To play, just touch the strings on either side of the left (Treble) bridge or the left side of the right (Bass) bridge just like the real instrument.
It can be set to play in standard or modified (octave) tuning.
It has a built-in metronome and sound effects.
